We remove the FCKeditor
and add the CKeditor
we start to check and fix 639-1 language codes in language files in languages folder

We uploaded a new SP5 RC13, including a new CKEditor Version 4.5.5-dev.4 with a backend.css to solve the width for combo boxes. So you  need no changes in the theme.css. Please test.
