WebsiteBaker 2.8.3 Sp5 RC Test starts.

To get the package click on the download link (http://addon.WebsiteBaker.org/pages/en/browse-add-ons.php?id=0697BBF1). For more Info read the  SP5_UPGRADE_EN in the package.

A WebsiteBaker 2.8.3 Sp5 RC 11 is published.

We remove the FCKeditor
and add the CKeditor
we start to check and fix 639-1 language codes in language files in languages folder

We uploaded a new SP5 RC13, including a new CKEditor Version 4.5.5-dev.4 (http://addon.WebsiteBaker.org/pages/en/browse-add-ons.php?id=08A769F) with a backend.css to solve the width for combo boxes. So you  need no changes in the theme.css. Please test.

Requirements: WB 2.8.3 SP5.

Before publishing the final SP5, it was necessary to fix a small bug in the upgrade-script
