• language fix - replace all Straight Apostrophe with Typographic (or Curly) Apostrophe in all language files - produce js-errors
• add abort-process for chmod0444
• add own css for upgrade-script-errors
• Change min- & best-version in initialize.php
• fix typofix in pagetree, produce css error
