Reply for my old post:

I solved this problem, because I found complete template-zip on web. The complete package is sized over 300 kt (or 400 kt).

You cannot install with that small package that WB site is offering, it won't work.

A zipped template should decompress without problems. Please report faulty templates here.

But for use in WB template don't have to be decompressed, they can be installed in zipped format through the backend. Only if you want to change files within the template and work on them locally, you can decompress with any ZIP-compatible decompression software.
