Always show calender
« on: September 10, 2008, 01:01:00 PM »
Hi there,
I want to show the calendar on a website without clicking a link (permanent). How can I get this to work?

Regards,
Ton

What calendar are you referring to? What format are you looking for (traditional calendar or list of events)? I include a calendar with the dates of events in a different color. Is this what you're looking for?

Hi,
You need the modul event calender, this one has got a mini-calendar and a full-page calendar.

The mini-cal can be displayed in a block, called from the template.

A little bit confusing - there seem to be 2 different event-calendar modules - I´m talking about evcal_111.zip
Here is the description

Thanks for your replies.
At the moment I'm using the "standard" calendar module (I like it more than the event-calendar  :| ).
My idea is to place the minicalendar and/or the actionlist permanent on the page.
When I click on an event, the details should appear in another (section)block.
If anyone knows how to do that, it would be great!

Ton

If nobody is willing to help, have a look at the already linked code and modify it so it pulls the data from the other calendar ...

cheers

Thanks Klaus for your answer. I'll look at the code.
In one of the topics there's a website mentioned with use of a calendar. That's how I want it to look.
