I assume you dev in FF.

It looks not that nice in IE7 and IE6.
There the bottom div (note) is not visible.

hi yes i know ... in time i creat the bottom (div note)  - thats a place holder for a simple page_edit later.

yes your asume is right .... i testing in safari and FF ...   :cry: ..and now in ie

Looks better now.

Only the left menu is too high.
The "Navigation" header is gone in IE

would correct the markup. Those things can easily be checked by possible customers (e.g. via Firefox: Web Developer Toolbar => 1 click).

thanks for your help... where i called is the layout only a "Beta" and is to bad for me and the project ...so im trash this template and relounch new design.
