Making new template but strange WB Section1 thingie comes up

I'm baking a new template but when i vieuw the source code in like FireFox i get something like this:

<a id="wb_section_2" name="wb_section_2"></a> I dont see it in the normal view as i watch the website, but in the source code (with the right mouse click) you see this. Any one has any idea how this comes up?

this is created by WB 2.7 for each section so you are able to set anchors.

should i remove it or just let it be there as it is?
