User specific content -- help!

I am looking for an open source CMS for a "login first" website. The site will be used for customer accounts... all will have the same structure, but each customer should only be able to see their own information. Also, customers will need to be able to submit a document online once they have logged into the system. I am not sure if WebsiteBaker is the right CMS application for this, perhaps someone has done this already and can help me out.
