Template request?

Is it ok to post a request for a new template here?

If not where can you suggest I look,

I am willing to pay except it wud only be about £10 - £20

There are a TON of free template sites out there.  One of my favorites is http://www.opendesigns.org which a number of the templates there have been ported for WB.  If you need some help implementing one, just post a someone will help
