Just one minor typo in the css:

And some errors in the validator, things you can easily clean up.

Nevertheless a very nice layout - blue and orange ... the colors of this summer?

Thanks ProSam, you are right, clients like to make things over-complex so our job is to educate 'em!!!
One of my favorite techniques is to bring up: apple.com, adobe.com ... that's kinda convincing!
