If this is to show a design you're implementing for someone, it's okay, but not really grabbing me.

If this is supposed to be the finished site... It needs... a little something on the front page.... like say, content! :-D

There's a bunch of lists that look like they should be links but aren't. 

It's just not giving an impresison of a good marketing or advertising company.  There's some impressive-sounding but vague "resume details" way down but who's going to dig for it? All of which speaks volumes as to the marketing ability of this company with supposedly decades of advertising and sales.

There's no benefits for "me" anywhere.  Framkly... I'm starting to wonder, what IS this, a link farm site?

I think..
Not so appealing, it needs content..
The background is too short or the bgcolor is wrong..
The logo is not crisp..
The font size differs from page to page..
Using blue as a font color is comfusing as it looks as links...
