I like it but why is all the text centered. That I'm not too fond off. Everything else looks good.

in your left nav you have to click on the text where as hovering over the li changes the color (assuming i can click anywhere!)

does the flash header have to fly in on every page? its a little annoying.

OMG, i didn't notice that your header is floating swaying it is seriously distracting, ugh...

i agree about the centered text too.

i like the colors though
