Yeah, the first one is the Landzilla theme. I have it listed as that in the links section. The second is just a custom design. The whole top part is flash & html so it doesn't use the menu at all. I have the text menu version in the footer. I coded that by hand too because I don't know how to make the menu render horizontally.
