Hosting with WB
« on: May 29, 2007, 08:15:02 PM »
I have an online RP/Writing site, one of the ways I help support the costs of it is offering some basic hosting to members.

We recently had to move to an upgraded server... and so I decided to switch from the old CMS I was using to using WB... and will be using WB for all of our basic hosting, and offering to others who want a good quality, easy to manage site.

http://members.dragonsmark.com

I originally created a template based on our last site design... but decided it was time for a change and made some mods to the allcss2 template to build this. Future plans may include pulling site news from our main site to add snippets here just to help tie it back with our overall package.

I still have pages to add and such, but the design is fairly set now. I have to build another similar site now too for a sister-site that is sci-fi based versus the fantasy based that this one is.

Hello,

a back link on your side http://members.dragonsmark.com/pages/hosting/website-baker.php to the official WB project side would be nice. Apart from that, a nice side with a clean layout.

Regards Christian

Yup.. I'll be doing so... (in addition to keeping the Powered By link)

The content there is still very much a work in progress. I'll be adding some help content for setting up modules and templates, linking folks to the addon repository and more.

Does WebsiteBaker have any buttons and banners and such?
