i've used several other CMS but this was by far the easiest set up and the most fun!

check out www.wynnmandolins.c om - it's a work in progress, but i'm really happy about it.
i also integrated a vanilla forum to the site - a programming nightmare, but again, it was fun!

Thanks website baker!

Nice site, BUT Amazing Mandolins!!! Really beautiful.

The only ting I'd suggest is a bit more white-space (margin left and right) on your main content areas. It just looks a little to cramped, and the word count per line is a little high for me.

Do you have an installable version of vanilla, I really like how clean it looks on your site. It'd be worth testing out. If not, did you document how you integrated it? Can you share that documentation.

thanks for the comments, i actually agree with you that there should be more padding, but the guy I made the site for says he likes it the way it is, so whatever!

you can get vanilla at getvanilla.com. to get started with the integration into your site, you can read  http://www.devlounge.net/articles/customizing-vanilla to get you started.

basically, you just have to wrap all of the content and changed the margins. from there it's just adding whatever content you have on your actual site into the head.php and menu.php files in the vanilla style. it's a pain in the butt. i just played with it until i got it right. there were a few shortcuts i took, because the categories.php and admin.php files were kind of messed up at the bottoms, so i just added page breaks to fill up the white space.

If you have questions, feel free to pm me! i'll help anyway i can.
