A little bit more information would be helpfull.  thanks  :wink:

This error message could occur when you try to install something wich is wrong zipped or where you have not enough permissions on some folders of your webspace. Also it could be that the install script of the modul is wrong. so to help you we need

-your wb version
-what you tried to install
