Trouble Registering
« on: June 21, 2006, 09:24:57 PM »
1. Why can't a guest reply to his own post?  Do I have to "Open New Topic" every time I want to post something here?

2. Would anyone care to address my problem of not getting an activation email after registering for this forum.  [The one you're looking at now.  Not anything to do with my web site...]

3. Is this the status quo for WB Help?  Pretty lame.  It should not take four posts to get a simple question answered.  All I'm try to do right now is get registered on this forum.

Hi Joe

Only a forum admin can have a look at under wich emailaddress you tried to register. And they are very buzzy at the moment, so the registered users can't help you with that

The permissions in the forum are tight for non-registered users to avoid spam and other rubbish, you'll understand that ....

All I can say is, try to register again with another emailaddress and make sure there are no typos in your emailaddress.

It did work for all of us and since I am still getting emails from the forum on notify topics I know the forum still mails.

Hope it''ll work out for you ;)

John
