hello, im rewriting media module. So questios here.

HOME_FOLDER , is it used anymore ? Because I see there is no code to assign it to User (in Settings, Users or Groups)

not in use (at this time). the complete code for this is working, if we reactivate the option in the user-settings.
in my own modules, i build everything with this option, its only a couple of code-lines
