Settings menu not showing

Hi,

On a new installation of WB, the "Settings" menu does not show, not eve as logged in as admin.

PHP 8.1.1 tiil yet not tested with WB. PHP 8.1.1 has Issues with PhpMyAdmin Version 5.1.1.
Use php 8.0.x last version

Still a question, You have Entries in the Errorlog file, pls have a look and inform us.
