Exception in Bakery when sending invoice by e-mail

I get this following exception in Bakery shop:

There was an uncatched exception
Error
in line (107) of (/modules/bakery/library/premailer.php):

when I send an invoice by e-mail to a client.

It was running OK few weeks ago, so the issue is new.

I use bakery on two different websites and it is the same problem on both.

Has anyone encountered the same issue ?

this methode try to convert your content (the invoice) into json. part of this content is also the http-status-code. if the script to call this function doesnt send the code, you get the error

not possible for me, to say, where you have the problem. some changes on the server or server-settings? new php-version, new wb-version?
