Just to raise the service-level of the WB installation package :-) I made a Dutch README.NL to be added to the WB-2.1.0 ZIP-file (in directory DOCU)

I'll commit it to the Repo for 2.10.1, so everybody can download it.
Integration anything into the 2.10.0 packet is not possible.... that's already published
