Template Install failure
« on: February 11, 2017, 03:45:47 PM »
I have tried several times to use the built in template installer and each time I get the same message 'Invalid WebsiteBaker installation file. Please check the *.zip format.'. The templates have been downloaded from the template link that you are lead too http://www.combosa.com/content/download/free-templates.php. It does not matter which template I use I get the same message for all of them.

i see..
it's bit to prepare:
  • get Templatename.zip from Cobosa
  • unpack this archive and you habe 2 folders from:  Templatename-html and Templatename-php
  • inside Templatename-php you find now the installable "Templatename.zip"

Thanks for the info, however, why are there no instructions saying how this should be done and more importantly why are there two different ways to install add-on themes and modules?

There is no different way to install an add-on. Combosa templates are third party products with an own way to create a package which is not compatible with WebsiteBaker to install at once.

So why do you recommend them and not say that they are a 3rd party? Very missleading
