Visibity of Development thread in forum

Hi,

is it intended that the thread "Development 2.8.x" including all of its sub-threads is only visible for logged-in users?

In my humble opinion it should be visible for guests too (as the other public contents of the forum). I think it's important for new/interested users (and search engines) to see that there is development w/o the need to register and login.
