Area Financial Dev Site

WB provided a great CMS because of the ease of the backend admin for non-tech site editor.  And even for the me, the developer, after working with frustrating elephants like Mambo, WB was just plain refreshing and simple.  Two templates were used, one for the front page and one for the rest.  The client is happy and so am I!

The only thing I wish I could do is have a dynamic menu that shows the subpages in a rollover dropdown.

Thanks for a great program.  This will be the first of many WB sites for me.

Hello,

nice Site and your wish with the menu shouldn't be too difficult to realize. This is only a css thing from your template.

A good starting point is:
http://css.maxdesign.com.au/listamatic/

or look at the addons repository for the template css Hover, this i mean has a menu wich works like you want. The addons page has no subpages so you cannot see this effect there. Download the template and test it on a page with subpages.

Hope this helps

The site is based on your css-simple template, reuben!  Thanks for that!

Since WB can create menus as nested unordered lists, there are a few CSS/JavaScript solutions available to do what you want with pretty minimal effort. I'm in the process of working a site up with dropdowns using the Son of Suckerfish script.

I don't have an online version to show but it's working on my development server.

Dark colors draws the eyes attention. I noticed that my attention was constantly being pulled to the left column - away from the main content.

I would also make the links in the main content area change colors when rolled over. Or at least remove the underline in the "a link" and have it underlined in the "a: hover".
