Sticky menu. Who got it working?
« on: April 22, 2014, 11:03:42 AM »
Hi,

Does anyone has a sticky menu working on their WB website?

Sticky menu =  menu is scrolling vertical along with its content, so it's always on screen.

I thought this was a simple task with some jquery examples on the Internet, but I didn't got tje job done properly.

Any help?

Kind regards,

its no problem to use it in WB, i test it, but i dont like it

at first build a static menu with your favorite css. For help take a look into the standard templates allcss or round for the code. it need minimal changes in the css

second step: build a div around the menu like the demo page on jsfiddle (see code section on the right side of jsfiddle)

thirth step: download all js-files from jsfiddle and put it into a separate folder in your template folder, set a link to this files in the index.php from your template

I know this is an old post but couldn't find newer information...

@Boudi, could you post a link to the site where you got sticky menu working?

@nibz, the link you posted doesn't work anymore, could you post an updated link?

Thanks!

I'm sorry to inform you but recently we renewed the website without your needed question.
