Safe Mode isssue when installing module

how can I bypass the safe mode check when installing this module.?

I was able to byass this check when installing the CMS

in precheck.php just comment last line

$PRECHECK['PHP_SETTINGS'] = array('safe_mode' => '0'); and remember if anything goes wrong the only one to blame is yourself
