Item options in Bakery

I am trying to create a Bakery boutique on my web site and I have a problem with item pricing.

My product is posters.

We sell them in different finishes that vary in price :
L2G   plastic coated       50.00$
LP   rigid board          75.00$ (or +25.00$)
LPC   rigid board framed      95.00$ (or +20.00$)

If I use all 3 options when I create the product the I cannot select ONE of them when I try to make a purchase.

So the cart will show a total of 220.00$ since I cannot select one option over the other.

Is this the way it should work? All options are automatically added to every product?

Hi,

you have to create one option name, e.g. "Finishing", and three option attributes for this name.
At the item description, you add the option name one time and the available attributes and prices.
