Bakery Emails only with LF instead of CR/LF

Hello
I've installed Bakery on a test website. When I finish the order there are sent two emails, one to the Shop-owner and one to the customer. Now I get the following error message:

I've tried SMTP and PHP-Mailer in WebsiteBaker. Both are producing the same error.
