The Potty Shop
« on: February 16, 2006, 10:22:09 AM »
Hi everyone,

Here's The Potty Shop! http://www.thepottyshop.com.au

It's based on the round template.

If anyone knows why the menu looks different in IE to Firefox, could they PLEASE enlighten me?

Aargh...

Melissa.

Hi Melissa,

nice colors you use there!

I think the difference in the spacing of your menu is related to IE's "line height" Problem. Take a look at this here: http://www.positioniseverything.net/explorer/lineheightbug.html

Btw, this page has lots of information about various CSS related bugs in the different browsers ... also, why don't you have a look at their pagemaker and use its output for your own template :-D

cheers

Thanks a lot, Klaus! I appreciate the help!

There are such a lot of these IE <-> Firefox quirks. Goodness knows what the site looks like in Opera.

In Opera it should look like IE, cause I think, they use the IE Engine ... and Netscape can use mozilla and IE, so I don't think you need to bother there.

Cheers
