« on: February 21, 2013, 11:06:26 PM »
hi
sorry for asking this novice question:
yesterday i added some templates and everything seem fine.

Today, each time i try to install the template zip files (which are basic templates ,unmodified, and downloaded directly from the templates list in WB website ) i got a "cannot upload file", no matter each template.zip i try to install .
Sorry if there's .. i don't know what indeed  i do wrong & which i was doing right  yesterday, it's simply a day of work ruined cause i can't go any further & i'm totally clueless

ty for your help, i guess there must be a simple answer

maybe the folder / file permissions are not sufficient. You can use a ftp program or you providers file manager to set them for example to 777, which means no restrictions. Serach the forum if you don't know what I'm talking about.
