Bakery Offline Browsing?
« on: August 07, 2012, 07:22:00 PM »
Hello WB community. Yesterday I was asked by a customer if it's possible to somehow download the contents of the Bakery to browse offline, I said I didn't think so as the Bakery creates the pages dinamically from the Database, but then again I thought about asking here if there is a module or some application that would allow someone to browse the site including the bakery offline?

Thanks for your help!

Hey,
yes, you can. You can use something like this:

http://www.httrack.com/

In all major browser you can find also some plugins with the same effect.

so long

You could offer the whole installation as WB-Portable with the Order Functionality disabled ... ab bit of work would be required to adapt the existing installation though.

cheers
