Hello,

as there was about 6 different norwegian language files here in the forum, i looked over them and decided to make the attached version as the official version wich also can be downloaded from the addons page. Please use this version as basis for the next releases.

I have now made a new norwegian translation based on the last. The swedish text have been translated.
It also fixes some issues with linux servers regarding norwegian letters.

Do not use, have found some errors. Sorry Will be back with new version in a couple of days.
