save_item.php problem
« on: June 14, 2011, 02:15:15 PM »
Any ideas where is the problem. If I add new product and click save button, save_item.php give me blanc site and the product is not added. Same is if I try to change General settings, save_general_settin gs.php give blanc site.

But if I add option, it works. Nothing special is not done in server, only cPanel auto updates.

Hi,

probably it's an access rights problem. Maybe Bakery can't create new objects in the pages/bakery subdirectory.

This is not the problem, file permissions is right.

I'm having a similiar issue in Bakery.

Creating new products is fine, save_item works. However when an item is edited and I press save I get a 403 error.  It can't be permissions if it works in one instance and not the next, can it?

I'd be grateful for any ideas on this, server error logs are no use.
