Bakery and Paypal with droplet EmailFilter

Hi everybody,

does anyone have an idea how to set up a bakery site with paypal payment and using the droplet emailfilter in the template? The problem is that emailfilter sends the paypal email as email(at)example(dot)com to paypal, which of course results in an error message by paypal saying: This email is incorrect.
