Title page question
« on: February 08, 2011, 05:08:14 PM »
Hi Boys, I have a simple question for you.
In my template I used the code <?php page_title(); ?> to can simply write the title of every page in the fild for "title" on the setting of page.

But I have seen that for every pages appear not only the text I write in the fied, but befer is writed the name of the site.

For example, if the name of my site is: "RED" and in the fild title of a page I wrote "HOME PAGE" in the title of the source final page there will be:
"RED - HOME PAGE"
but I only want to see what I write in the title field, so "HOME PAGE" and not "RED - HOME PAGE".

Can you help me?

Sorry for my english!!

Bye!

Try <?php echo PAGE_TITLE; ?> instead of <?php page_title(); ?>

Because I don't see any reason to leave it open.

Done.

Often users ask related questions in the same topic. I don't see any advantage in closing topics that have questions that are answered...
