Yes, it is possible. You'll need some modules and the feature of sections / blocks but it will work. Please look at the help pages on how to port a template.

cheers

Hi,

where to find this guide on how to port a template?

I find that WebsiteBaker templates look very similar to each other, container width mostly 760px.
Almost no full-width or wide 980-1024px templates.

Is there some advantages of WebsiteBaker vs Drupal? I installed Drupal with Ubercart and find that it customization is difficult, large quantity of modules. I need small shop for 20-30 products.

Website Baker is MUCH simpler than Drupal, to learn, use and customise. However Drupal is potentially much more powerful than WB. (??)

What was wrong with WP, version 3 appears to have many of the features of a full CMS?

Impossible to compare, completely different types of software. Drupal is a very complex platform for high end enterprise sites, created by technicaly skilled developers and coders. WB is user friendly, low entry yet fairly powerful cms for small to midsized general purpose websites.

Comparison of WP and WB is also difficult. WP is very much blog oriented, although you can create more allround sites using all kinds of plugins. WB is a an allround cms suitable for small to midsized sites, but lacks in blogging and community functions.

Personally I think WB is the most user friendly cms in its sort, far easier to use (for both designers and admin) than WP and Joomla.

One of the strengths of WB is it easyness to create templates for it. That's why there not much really good looking professional templates for it. You can easily create a template yourself based on a general HTMl template, or own design.
