extra input fields with an item for the customer

Can I add an extra option field for for example: width and height

now we only have one inputfield for 'quantity'

I need some extra fields for width and height

it does not have to calculate any price differences or whatever

I think someone spoke about this some time ago, cannot find where ...

does anyone have a solution?
