http://www.cforum.co.il/ru/ This is a small community portal that has something like multi-site. I've granted different users access to be able and add/edit pages on level 4. Once they add pages they are added as tabs http://cforum.co.il/ru/pages/glavnaja/obschiny-v-gorodax/beehr-sheva.php. This is one template that uses if else to display different content on different pages.
