Admin text language?

Hello!

Maybe this was already asked, but I didn't find any topic about this.

I would like to translate the bottom branding text (WebsiteBaker is released under the GNU General Public License) to Slovenian language so my costumer will understand what it means. But the links to the licence will stay intact. Is this posible if so where in which file do I do that?

Please, I would grateful, because my costumer doesent understand a word of english and she will ask me to much question if this is going to be in english.

As long as it is only translated and the meaning and links stay, it should be OK.
