Bakery for Affiliates

I made some changes to Bakery to support affiliate marketing. I did this for my own use but if others are interested, I can package it or see if there is any interest in including it in the base.

The key difference with Affiliate Marketing is that you are providing links to someone else's products so you don't want to let them add it to a cart. There are different ways to handle it but I wanted to be able to sell specific products for one particular niche from one or more online companies. As a further enhancement to that, I wanted to be able to 'cloak' the long url and parms that are needed to link to the online companies site and I wanted to be able to count the clicks for the potential customers who have 'clicked through' for each product. It made sense to me to add these on as features in Bakery rather than build something from scratch. That is done, it's working and it will satisfy my needs. All of the original capabilities are still working as well. I can leave it at that but if there are others out there that want these same capabilities, then it may make sense to take it a step further and make this available. Feedback is appreciated.
