New Template for the repos

Folks - I created a new template for the repository and hope this is the right place to submit it for review. I tried to meet all requirements of the guidelines and look for your feedback, if something is missing!

The zip contains the content of the folder... not the folder of the template... as requested in the forums postings I saw ...

I think it would look better if you use proper alignment, balanced whitespace, and box tops with 2 round corners. Compare your design with my mockup version.

HeyZeus, the good thing with open source is: you may look at the source, compare both and find it is NOT a rip
