Multi template in one

Hi All,

a new template based on an open web design with the idea to offer three different colour/image variations within the template which can be used by quoting a css section in or out.

Would appreciate feedback about if the idea is worth pursuing and also if the attached template correctly set up and would it be a worthy candidate for the "Template Repository".
