multi language customization problem

well i'm trying to create a multi language site .... and i kind of using those instructions :

now the problem is because i'm making the language container menu link disappear  .....

but when i added an img to every menu link i have a problem like in the picture i made for u here :



does any 1 have any idea how i fix it ?
