new site, but have some questions
« on: January 19, 2010, 07:36:19 PM »
Hi there!

This is my site, http://vdh-etten-leur.nl But i have a question. How can i arrange the upper menu and the left menu? I want to use them seperate. for example i would like to have those links (gastenboek, contact, etc) at the top of this page menu. And the rest i would like to have at the left site.

Anyone have an idea? (its not possible to do in the templatesetting? i cant find it in the backend settings, even when i  want to use any option in the edit possibility.

Regards Berenland

hi,

nice page so far - for the menu's just some hint's

1. menu's created in the index.php of your template there must be two menu calls like
Code: [Select]
<?php show_menu(1); ?>
or
<?php show_menu2(1); ?>

could be with more parameters, too in the brackets (....)

the first item sets the number of the menĂ¼...good so far

2. menu's is named and have to setup in the info.php

3. you could chosse in the backend for every page (page settings) under point "menu" the menu you like for this page=menuitem...

read more here => http://help.WebsiteBaker.org/pages/en/advanced-docu/designer-guide/multiple-menus.php

regards martin
