Looks nice, just two things:

1. Flash on left side above text "Watch Atlantic Row '09 Video - Charlie Marlow & Matthew Mackaness in..." i loading forever Is it supposed to work that way ?

2. I would center sponsos in footer

Nice website! One thing: on http://www.atlanticrow.com/photo-video.php the header picture is distorted, and is loading slow. That's because it's a giant image, visually resized. you should create a cropped pic with the right dimensions. It'll look much better! Especially in Internet Explorer...
