just create that menu tree in backeng - pages..

For submenu 1 and 2 set option PARENT to Home..

Then you call show menu (show menu2) and style it with css..

when i add a sub menu from the admin page it don't show like

click on settings on that page and set parent page for this sub menu item

But,
Also please post your shw menu call here, maybe it is set to show only one level..
