I've worked with WB to give this site a monthly issue digital magazine appearance:

I thing it's a good side. I would only change 2 things:
set the image border to 0 and switch on capcha. Rest I reaaly like. Clear and well organiest, even I don't know what I'm reading... Maybe you can make it to multi language...

I like the way you have organised each issue by month with subpages etc but would make this stand out a little more. Also try to re-align the three sections in the main content so they are all in line with one another. Finally I'm not too keen on the use of Courier as your main font - it's known not to be the most readable font (which is kinda important for an online magazine  :-D). If you like serif fonts, why not inject a little Georgia into your page. This works particularly well for headings (set the font-weight to normal!) and combine it with Arial of Verdana for the main content. Give it plenty of line height and you're set to go!

See http://frieze.com/magazine/ for some inspiration!

Hope this helps...

I was wondering which module you used to organize the movies content on front page ?

Also I dont know what is doing function for increase and decrease font, for meon FF, it is just moving text up and down a little, not increasing it..

And also I would use a little brighter background, this way the site is a little dark to me.. :)

cheers

The increase/decrease works at my site with IE but not with FF. If IE I think it's ok, only it's java. CSS would be better because of disabled java. With FF there is a problem somehow...

Well, in fact it works with FF as long as it applies to <p> format

No module, it's made by hand...

I clicked, and it just moved text up or down.. Take a look at this WB showcase I saw today: http://www.theashtonlancaster.com/

Maybe you can copy the font resizer function from there..

Hi,

a very nice website! I like it!

One small remark. I have a screen with 1280px and I see a horizontal scrollbar. But there is no need to have one, even on 1024px.

Best regards

Uwe

I thing this is because of a static contend size. I do it sometimes myself. Give a hight to the div, overflow scroll. Ithing it's nicer when useing a static bg. So I would call it a highlight because of matching the bg.

I fixed it. I had a div tag wider than necessary. Thank you.
