Hi,

As promised, I am posting the multilanguage example site.

it is not yet finished, but you can see how it works.

I used Snippet: Easy Multilanguage Link : https://forum.WebsiteBaker.org/index.php/topic,14037.0.html
And new search function : https://forum.WebsiteBaker.org/index.php/topic,14649.0.html  (whuch search only in pages which are on the current page language)

On the picture you can see the backend. On my opinion this is much better solution for multilanguage sites than: http://help.WebsiteBaker.org/pages/en/advanced-docu/designer-guide/multilingual-websites.php

feel free to review and comment: http://ivan.milicevic.me

Now gong to sleep a little, in a few hours I am going on a trip. When I come back, I ll continue to bake it :)

p.s.: You can have login page as your template: http://ivan.milicevic.me/admin

cheers

Yes, I have a comment.
I have read all about the Easy Multi Language snippet. But I feel better that the language is at level 0 and the pages on level 1 and so on. Everything seems to mix with the Easy Multi Language snippet. And show_menu2 can handle this pages.

I like your template. An existing template that you've adapted? Or a new from scratch?

Grtz,
Luc

the idea came from leron template ( as it is first with sidebar  :) )

on that way, when you search, on search result page you get meu level 0, so you will have empty language bar on that page (i tested it mysellf).. (i know that there is a solution for that too, but ... )  ...

Also it is much better on my opinion, as when you click on flag, you go to same page on other language (which is so cool, at is seems that page translates itself :)))) )

And finaly, it is lame for me to have an empty page (the ones in root menu: EN and DE for example, and to be redirected to subpages)

For those reasons I chose this option  :-D
