Language in the html tag

In the html tag of the standard templates that come with WB, the xml:lang and lang attributes have "en" as value.

I would suggest to replace this value by a PHP echo of the constant LANGUAGE.

Yes, you are right. It will happen cause currently the templates do not even adhere to our own template guidelines ...
