New WB 2.5.2
« on: August 23, 2005, 06:55:15 PM »

Almost finished with this site for a client...just waiting for their thoughts/opinions for finishing touches. Also features several subsites that have their own template layouts and content though they all have the same navigation and news articles. They are also hidden from the nav as per clients request. A very simple task with WB for sure! I will be donating when I get the second retainer this week  :-D

Thanks to Ryan and everyone else who has put some great work into this CMS. Ive tried so many (i.e. ALL) of the CMS' on opensourcecms.com and website baker was the best to fit my needs. Its perfect for creating "static" websites without all the other blog-like features. Sometimes simple is better

Very nice design! I really like it... One thing though: why the large grey footer??

Super clean. Excellent! Are you going to be adding logos to the sub-sites?

Thanks everyone for the ego-lifting replies  :-D

Argos:
The large grey footer just needed to take up space because there isnt much content, so I tried to make the site reach from the top of the window to the bottom...so as to not end abruptly somewhere close to the bottom edge.

mysticcowboy:
Unfortunately, the client doesnt have any real logos, except for the highlands retail center, so they told me to "just put something up". To any of you who have dealt with clients like that, you know it is a)  almost impossible to do and b) not the right way to do something.

pcwacht & jakob:
Thanks  :-D

I've yet to come across the "perfect" client although I have heard that they exist <fingers crossed>

Well at least they're not forcing you to make changes that make you grit your teeth.  ;-)
